The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, a well-known US Tech MNC. We are in search for a FP&A Manager.
- We are looking for individuals who are experienced in FP&A and well versed in managing P&L
- The role will start out as a contract position
The Talent
- Min Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of work experience, with at least 4 recent years in FP&A (in a regional capacity/ MNC)
- Advnaced Microsoft Excel user - able to manage large data sets and pivot tables.
- Able to build P&L and Finance Models in Excel/Power Pivot
- Compliance and Risk Management experience
- Experience in MNCs that deal with multi product/segments would be ideal
Job Description
Business Planning & Analytics
- Support the FP&A Team to orchestrate key finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Month Close, QBRs) across all Asia areas
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes
- Support the FP&A Team in analysis and ad-hoc projects
Financial Management
- Support the FP&A Team in driving and landing QFA (quarterly financial accountabilities) and complying with Global Operating Principles
- Ensure quality of OPEX planning which includes understanding and documentation of OPEX principles, assumptions and analytical review and calculations. Managing month end P&L. Ensure all material financial transactions are recorded in internal accounting system in accordance with internal policies
Business Support and Partnership
- Partner with the business leaders and process owners across Asia areas to provide insights and value-added analysis for the organization such as benchmarking analysis, spend management and resource allocation analysis
Controls and Compliance
- Support the FP&A Team to work with the Compliance team to drive overall controls and compliance agenda, including compliance framework, execution plan, testing and review. Liaise with auditors, both internal and external, to provide required documentation.
