FP&A Manager | Strategic Finance Business Partner | Services Sector

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organisation in the services sector with a strong regional presence. As part of its continued growth, they are looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to partner senior business leaders, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver commercial insights that support business growth.

This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior leadership team and business unit heads, acting as a trusted finance business partner across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
• Build robust financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner closely with business leaders to provide commercial insights and improve business performance.
• Analyse operational drivers, identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support workforce planning, business expansion and resource allocation decisions through financial analysis.
• Present financial performance, key trends and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial planning processes, reporting and decision support tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a professional qualification such as CA, CPA or CFA.
• Around 8 years or more of FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience within a dynamic, customer-focused or multi-site services environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience supporting operational leaders and translating financial data into commercial insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
