FP&A Manager (Medical Devices & Consumables)

Opportunity to join a fast growing leader in the medical devices and consumables industry as FP&A Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the VP Finance for APAC, you will lead a small team and be responsible for overseeing the FP&A and commercial finance for a portfolio of countries across APAC. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the countries in the region while partnering closely with the Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams on budgeting and forecasting activities. In addition, you will also provide support to the Country Leaders in financial analysis and driving pricing, revenue growth, marketing activities, effective promotions and optimizing trade distribution.

This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will have the opportunity to lead and drive process, efficiency and improvement projects. You will also play a key role in the analysis and due diligence in support on M&A projects across APAC.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A
• Familiar with equipment sales, service warranty and consumable sales business model
• Exposure within the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
• Exposure to both direct, indirect/distributor as well as service sales model
• Ability to be hands-on, flexible, nimble and agile as this role will play a key part in supporting the growth plans across APAC
