This is a highly visible people management role reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, offering significant exposure to regional leadership teams and key business stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the regional finance function by providing clarity on quarterly financial performance, cost management, and regional initiatives.
  • Drive management reporting and provide actionable insights to support decision-making at the regional level.
  • Manage intercompany recharges and cost allocations, including oversight of headcount-related recharges and ensuring financial discipline across the region.
  • Partner closely with business units and country stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of gross margin performance across the region.
  • Analyse gross margin fluctuations and identify underlying drivers such as pricing, volume, product mix, and cost movements.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial and operational stakeholders to drive margin improvement initiatives and strengthen business performance.
  • Support regional projects and initiatives, including investment-related projects, operational improvement initiatives, and governance support across countries where required.
  • Contribute to best practice sharing and controlling governance across the region.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CA or CPA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, including proven people management responsibilities.
  • Strong background in FP&A, controlling, or commercial finance within a regional and/or multinational environment.
  • Commercially astute with excellent business partnering skills and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Naturally inquisitive and analytical, with a strong desire to understand the drivers behind financial performance and operational outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, while experience with SAP and Power BI will be viewed favourably.
