Job Description

Our client is seeking an FP&A Manager to oversee management reporting, with a particular emphasis on compensation-related analysis. This role calls for a commercially oriented professional to support the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programmes across regions and business lines.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, the position plays a key role in ensuring compensation frameworks are effective in driving performance and aligned with broader business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop compensation structures that align with revenue growth and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the implementation of compensation plans across regions, partnering with business leaders to ensure smooth execution
  • Align incentive frameworks with overall business objectives and evolving commercial strategies
  • Build and maintain compensation models, including supporting documentation, guidelines, and training materials
  • Analyze sales performance against incentive plans, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy through cross-functional collaboration, and support governance, issue resolution, and quota-setting activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A, with focus on sales compensation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
