Description and reporting line

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, consolidation, and performance management across APAC, covering a portfolio of over 20 markets.

This role acts as a key Finance Business Partner to the APAC leadership team, providing insights on financial performance, targets, and forecasts. You will work closely with Country Managers and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and sustainable growth.

The position reports to the Director of Controlling & FP&A, based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A function for HARIBO Asia Pacific, driving financial planning and performance management across the region
  • Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the APAC leadership team, providing clear visibility on financial performance and strategic insights
  • Own the consolidated APAC P&L, including:
  • Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Forecasting and rolling forecasts submissions and analysis
  • Identification of risks and opportunities
  • Develop and enhance the APAC FP&A framework and financial models to support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Drive standardization and improvements in planning, reporting, and analytics processes across markets
  • Lead one or more key finance excellence areas (e.g., Pricing, New Product Development, Cost of Goods Sold, or Trade Spend optimization)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Support communication with global headquarters and ensure alignment with group reporting requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/MBA is a plus)
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business controlling, preferably within FMCG or retail
  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and driving system or process improvements
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrix, multicultural environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Based in Singapore
