FP&A Director

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organisation.

You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly management reporting, and variance analysis
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across the organisation
• Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management reviews
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Professional certification (CA/CPA) required
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a MNC environment, with team leadership experience
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
