buy-side firm that is growing rapidly. They have an opening in the FP&A team at the Associate Director/Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes across business units and investment teams.
- Develop and enhance FP&A frameworks, financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support informed decision making.
- Provide deep financial and operational analysis on revenue drivers, management fees, fund performance, expenses, and headcount planning.
- Partner with senior management to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisions.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting variances, trends, and actionable insights.
- Strengthen financial processes, systems, and internal controls to support scale and efficiency.
- Support strategic projects such as new entity set‑ups, cost transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering high analytical and execution standards.
