Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and gross margin performance across products, customers, and business segments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support margin improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor and report manufacturing and inventory KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and Capex evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement in costing methodologies, reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial controls.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- 3–5 years of FP&A, costing, or commercial finance experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software / costing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong understanding of COGS and margin drivers; able to connect financial data with operational realities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
