We are partnering with a luxury retail client on a search for a FP&A Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with regional leadership and commercial teams, supporting financial planning, reporting, and business performance across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and performance tracking for regional business units, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver regular management reporting and analysis aimed at improving commercial and operational performance.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes while monitoring key financial and business trends.
- Assist with financial closing activities and ensure alignment between financial results and operational performance.
- Support ongoing financial initiatives including reporting enhancements, KPI tracking, and business analysis.
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario & profitability analysis to support strategic planning and ad-hoc projects.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related functions within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools, with exposure to ERP systems or data visualization tools considered a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
