THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Foundry Process Integration Engineer (BCD Technology) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Process Integration Engineering

THE ROLE

The Foundry Process Integration Engineer (BCD Technology) is responsible for:

• Support and improve BCD manufacturing processes to meet quality, yield, and reliability targets.
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and yield issues using data analysis.
• Work with external foundries on process development, qualification, and production support.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, reliability, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
• Support production ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Must have hands-on experience with BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology.
• Experience in Process Integration and/or Equipment Engineering within a semiconductor wafer fab.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in yield improvement and process troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments; High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) experience is preferred
