Founding Product Engineer

We're building the Decision OS for real estate development — using AI to compress months of feasibility studies, master planning, and underwriting into minutes. Our customers are developers, funds, and governments deciding on multi-billion-dollar projects.

We're hiring one Founding Product Engineer to build the next layer with us.

This is not a coding role. It's a building role.

You'll own product surfaces end-to-end: spot the gap, design the interaction, write the code, ship it, watch how users react, iterate before lunch. The kind of person who treats designer, engineer, and PM as outdated categories.

You'll work across: → AI agents and multi-step workflows → RAG over messy real-world data (planning docs, regulations, market reports) → Decision intelligence and spatial AI for real estate → Product design, frontend interaction, backend architecture → Whatever the product needs that week

What we look for, in order:

1. Product taste — you can tell good from great in 5 seconds, and you know why
2. Visual and UI judgment — you've designed interfaces that didn't need a designer
3. Full-stack execution — TS / Next / Python / Supabase, plus you can wire up an agent before the kickoff call ends
4. Native bilingual CN / EN — fluent enough to pitch, write, and run a workshop in both
5. Communication and presentation — you can take a half-formed idea and turn it into a deck, a demo, or a Loom that closes the deal
6. Judgment under ambiguity — you make the call when there's no PM, no spec, no precedent

We don't filter on credentials or tenure. We filter on what you've shipped and how it feels.

You probably:

• Have used 100+ enterprise SaaS and AI products, and have strong opinions on most of them
• Try every new AI tool the day it drops, and have a take by lunchtime
• Hold opinions on Linear vs Notion, Cursor vs Claude Code, Figma vs Framer
• Build weird side projects on weekends — half of them never ship, and that's fine
• Prototype faster than most teams can scope

Compensation:

• SGD 150K–250K base
• Meaningful founding-stage equity
• Top-of-market packages for exceptional builders
