Founding Engineer

What you'll be working on

You'll work closely with the founders to build our early product and tech stack to help service our customers in the defence, public security and FSI sector. Initially, your focus will be on building agentic systems and optimising AI infrastructure for data processing and agent orchestration.

Who we're looking for

Pragmatic, product-minded, strong execution skills, and a desire to build from zero. This is not a junior engineer role. Our expectations:

• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Are comfortable with on-premise deployments
• Experience in deploying AI systems in resource-constrained environments

Location & Compensation

We're currently hiring in Singapore. Compensation (cash + equity) will depend on experience.
