Your new role
- Support the day-to-day management of the operations, including front-to-end processing and tracking of donations and grants disbursement.
- Support Client Advisors with the documentation and execution paperwork related to the donor-advised fund offering, such as account onboarding and screening of grant recipients.
- Manage the board and Donor Advised Fund Committee, including preparation for board meetings, drafting of meeting minutes, ad-hoc resolutions and other board engagements.
- Ensure the statutory reporting obligations are met, in coordination with external service providers such as the corporate secretarial, accounting and audit firms.
- Deliver internal reporting including risk controls, management updates and relevant dashboards
- Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
What you need
- A strong project manager with good communication skills and a very high attention to detail.
- Proactive and well-organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- A good team player with able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages, in particular Mandarin, are an asset but not a pre-requisite.
