Core Responsibilities:
- Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to understand enterprise customer requirements and participate in solution and system architecture design.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during system design, integration, deployment, and production operation.
- Communicate directly with customers business and technical teams to explain solution designs and technical approaches.
- Provide clear, efficient, and professional technical communication during troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.
- Use AI tools to improve development, analysis, troubleshooting, and delivery efficiency.
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, databases, and common middleware.
- Practical experience in system architecture and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and independent delivery capabilities.
- Good customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- English communication skills.
- Proficient in using AI coding and productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AIOps, observability, or related enterprise software systems.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or delivering complex software projects.
- Experience as a technical lead or senior member of a development team.
