Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer -PMs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong frontend development expertise along with project coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deliverables, and ensure successful execution of frontend initiatives. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive projects from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications.

• Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, effort estimation, and release management.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delivery issues.

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

• Translate business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.

• Review code, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.

• Monitor application performance and implement performance optimization techniques.

• Maintain technical documentation, project artifacts, and development best practices.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience working in client-facing environments.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Required Skills

  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Proficiency in TypeScript.

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and front-end-backend integration.

  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
