About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring AI systems into real customer workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer deployment. You will work directly with customers to understand their operations, identify high-value workflow opportunities, design technical solutions, build working prototypes, and help turn successful deployments into repeatable product patterns.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, moving quickly from customer conversations to working systems, and making practical tradeoffs between speed, reliability, customization, and scalability.
What will you do
- Work directly with customers to understand their business processes, operational pain points, data sources, tools, and internal system
- sRun technical discovery and translate customer needs into clear workflow designs, implementation scopes, and deployment plan
- sDesign and build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, tools, APIs, databases, and human-in-the-loop revie
- wIntegrate AI systems with customer environments, including CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, internal databases, Slack, Teams, email, spreadsheets, and custom API
- sBuild prototypes quickly to validate customer value, then harden successful prototypes into production-ready system
- sDefine automation boundaries, approval flows, exception handling, permissions, and auditability requirement
- sPartner with product and engineering teams to convert customer-specific deployments into reusable templates, product modules, and implementation playbook
- sWork with go-to-market teams to support customer evaluations, pilots, technical demos, and deployment plannin
- gCreate documentation, deployment notes, customer-facing technical materials, and internal learnings from each projec
