Forum Membership Manager

IMA Asia is looking for a Membership Manager to join our team in Singapore.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the intersection of commercial responsibility, relationship management, and working alongside Asia's most senior business leaders.

What the role looks like:

• Driving our membership renewal income stream: engagement, price planning, invoicing, and receivables management
• Developing and managing relationships with C-level executives across Asia-Pacific, by email, phone, and face-to-face at our forum sessions
• Maintaining the membership database and ensuring excellent service delivery
• Partnering with senior management to plan business growth
• Collaborating across the team on forum production and delivery

What we're looking for:

• Strong management experience and the ability to professionally run a core business function
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior executives
• Strong business writing and data management capabilities
• A team player who thrives in a small, motivated environment
• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and Xero is advantageous

IMA Asia provides peer group forums for Asia CEOs and their senior teams. We support over 1,500 executives, including 300+ regional CEOs, through regular sessions that tackle the most pressing market and management issues across the region. Our Singapore team works closely with colleagues in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and sits alongside sales, marketing, forum production, and office support.
