Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works

Perform cleaning at various sites

Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

Liaise with Project Manager

Prepare and submit tender quotations

Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.

Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality

Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
