General Roles andresponsibilities:

. Promoteand adhere to policies, procedures, and safety culture to ensure a safe workingenvironment in the forecourt area

. Maintainclean and properly worn uniforms to project a positive image and demonstratepride in representing the brand

. Providequality service by following forecourt service steps: Wave in, Greet customers,Offer Fuel Top up, Provide Value Added Service, Refuel vehicles, Perform ValueAdded Service, Close Fuel Tank, and Wave off

. Addresscustomer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the ShiftManager as part of the communication plan

. Keepthe store and forecourt environment clean and organized through dailyhousekeeping tasks during each shift

. Followsafety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workenvironment

. Deliverhigh-quality service to customers on the forecourt and actively engage inbuilding rapport with customers

. Drivestore revenue by promoting and upselling Shell V-Power sales to customers

. Flexibilityto work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptionalcustomer service throughout different times of the day.
