Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate football training programs for young children, following the Real Madrid Foundation methodology.

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and character building.

- Provide guidance and feedback to players, helping them improve their technical abilities, game understanding, and teamwork skills.

- Design and execute practice drills, exercises, and game simulations to enhance players football skills and decision-making capabilities.

- Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and a love for the game.

- Evaluate player performance and progress, providing individualized feedback and setting goals for improvement.

- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to organize tournaments, friendly matches, and events.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of players during training sessions and matches.

Requirements:

- Preferably coaching certification.

- Experience in coaching youth football, preferably with a focus on young children.

- Strong knowledge of the Real Madrid Foundation methodology and principles.

- Passion for youth development, football, and instilling core values in young athletes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young players, parents, and staff.

- Ability to create a positive and motivating training environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
