Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of food technology by providing support and solutions for issues pertaining to processes and products (Quality, Product Development, and Operating Procedures)
  • Involved in Product Development, Product and Process Improvement through frequent cooking sessions
  • Provide training and transfer of technology to production
  • Conduct sensory evaluation of products
  • Provide technical support to Production and Marketing team

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Relevant experience in product development and quality control
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good time management and project management skills
  • Keen interest in cooking
