Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end diagnostic of non-dairy creamer formulations, production processes, and plant operations
- Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities across ingredients, processing, and equipment utilisation
- Analyse formulation-process interactions and recommend optimisation strategies for performance, stability, and scalability
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production challenges and improve output consistency
- Provide actionable recommendations on process redesign, ingredient optimisation, and production workflows
- Support implementation of solutions and ensure alignment with operational constraints and commercial objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in non-dairy creamer or powdered beverage formulation and production
- Deep understanding of ingredient systems (fats, emulsifiers, stabilisers) and their impact on product performance
- Hands-on exposure to manufacturing environments, including spray drying and/or UHT processing
- Ability to connect formulation decisions to production efficiency, yield, and cost implications
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and engineering teams
- Practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently in a consulting-style role
