. To assist in performing new product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization, focusing especially in sauces.
. To support in conducting sensory evaluation and approval of new and/or alternative raw materials.
. To conceptualize new and innovative products.
. Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
. To support in developing innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers requirements, ensuring that any solutions provided are within the stipulated cost parameters and manufacturing capability.
Requirements:
. Candidate should ideally be pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Biotechnology or related courses.
. Meticulous and well-organized, able to work independently
. Willingness to learn and a team player
. Proficient in MS Office
. Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
