Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on the menu, including our specialty dishes and drinks
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards
  • Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and with care, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Assist with setting and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Process customer payments accurately using POS (point-of-sale) systems
  • Ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked with necessary supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Chinese food and drink is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace
