Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

. Manage and oversee the entire operation

. Deliver superior customer services and ensure customersatisfaction

. Plan and develop customer loyalty programs

. Plan new and update existing company policy

. Develop the overall marketing strategy

. Respond efficiently to customer questions andcomplaints

. Organize and supervise shifts

. Manage and lead staff (including hiring newemployees)

. Training and evaluate staff performance

. Forecast requirements and maintain inventory

. Manage supplies (including costs control andminimizing wastage)

. Nurture a positive working environment for allemployees

. Monitor operations, implement innovative strategiesto improve productivity and sales
