. Ensuring the kitchen is orderly and assisting cooks to prepare and arrange food.

. Slicing and chopping ingredients, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

. Providing support to chefs in achieving culinary excellence while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.

. Cleaning the kitchen area and washing dishes and utensils.

. Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

. This position oversees all aspects of the food service and must be ableto communicate effectively with guests, managers, and other cooks.

. Able work at weekends and public holidays.
