Vacancy Description
You will work with R&D BG Ingredients Technical Sales team to support application innovation in Southeast Asia.
Job scope includes:
- To be actively involved in benchtop formulation work using FCI's Ingredients on various applications (i.e Ready To Drink, Ready To Eat, Powder Nutrition, Yoghurt and Bar) in Performance, Active and Medical Nutrition.
- To perform lab analytical tests (physical, chemical, and sensory test) and shelf-life test (if required) on FCI's Application products.
- To assist on UHT benchtop trials on FCI's and Consumer Dairy s UHT trials.
- To participate in inter-department activities like safety and laboratory management.
- To assist in brainstorming on market trends for new product development.
- Assist in maintaining organized work area in the lab and supplies ( i.e. update inventory list, library maintenance)
