Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory and compliance activities, ensuring product safety, quality, and adherence to applicable requirements.
This role manages regulatory submissions, monitors regulatory changes, and supports compliance across the product lifecycle, ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to relevant authorities in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage end-to-end regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with local and international requirements
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, conducting ongoing research to assess potential impact on products and operations
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support product registration and market access
- Prepare and maintain post-market surveillance reports and documentation
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues
- Maintain proper documentation and records to ensure audit readiness
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and represent the company when required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or a related function
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and international counterparts
