Job Description
Conduct operational and staff training
Assist in menu planning, including daily, seasonal, and special menus
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
Supervise staff and ensure duties are carried out according to schedules
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Support food preparation and service delivery
Responsibilities
Maintain kitchen operations, including food cost, inventory, and staffing within budget
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Support service improvement initiatives and team productivity
Assist in resolving operational issues within scope of role
