Food Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food production operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet company standards and comply with Singapore food safety regulations (SFA/HACCP).
• Oversee raw material handling, food preparation processes, packaging, and storage activities.
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Train new workers on production procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
• Maintain production records, inventory levels, and prepare reports for management.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper use of machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in food production or food manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards, SFA regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and production reporting.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
