Job Description

  • Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of workers who process, packages, test, grade food and beverage products.
  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities as with other departments.
  • Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition materials and supplies.
  • Ensuring food quality, sanitation and safety policies are allowed.
  • Managing inventory control and shipping activities.
  • Implementing new procedures to lower inventory losses.
  • Developing menu items and recipes for a variety of food products.
  • Min 3 years experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
