Job Description

. Coordinate production department activities

. Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary

. Perform troubleshooting when errors occur

. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures

. Production scheduling

. Staff scheduling

. Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals

. Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention

. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled

. Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production

. Employee orientation and training

. Enforce workers basic work disciplines and resolve worker's problems

. Ensure workplace safety

. Daily reporting to the management

. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Possess at least O Level.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Shift Working Hours Pattern
• Working day pattern: 6 days per week.
