Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Teaching Resources: Preparing materials for practical lessons and exams, including ingredients and equipment.
2. Maintaining Teaching Resources: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of Food Labs, Prep, and Store Rooms.
3. Stock-taking: Conducting stock-taking of ingredients and inventory in Food Labs and Prep Rooms.
4. Assisting Teachers: Assisting teachers with tasks such as video recording, photography, and student supervision.
5. Daily Routines: Performing daily routines in kitchens, including cleaning and preparing ingredients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Requirements
1. Secondary 4: Completion of Secondary 4 education.
Experience Requirements
1. Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in food labs in a school or other F&B settings.
Additional Requirements
1. Basic First Aid: Knowledge and skills in Basic First Aid.
2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring quality and quantity of ingredients and materials.
3. Organizational Skills: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of Food Labs and storage areas.
4. Communication Skills: Collaborating with teachers and other staff members.
