Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Freezing (Froster) Operator to operate and monitor industrial freezing equipment in our food processing facility. The successful candidate will ensure that products are frozen efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food freezing equipment (e.g., blast freezer, IQF freezer)
- Control and adjust temperature settings to meet production requirements
- Ensure proper handling and placement of food products for freezing
- Perform routine checks to maintain product quality and consistency
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Record production data and report any equipment issues
- Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food processing or cold storage is preferred
- Ability to work in low-temperature environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team
