FOOD COURT OPERATION MANAGER

We are seeking for an experience hands on food court operation manager who can over see daily operation and able to supervise staff and take over any position if staff is on Mc or leave.
key Responsible
-Able to brew coffee and beverages with a min experience of 5 years.
-Able to work midnight shift
-Able ensure smooth coordinational between stalls service area. Which include cleaning staff off to replace position from time to time.
-Able to do stocks taking and inventory control. Manage and monitor inventory of cigarettes , beers, beverages, food ingredients.
-Ensure compliance with ever stalls operators staff will meet SFA requirements and strictly report to management to comply each and ever stalls handlers with hygiene and safety regulations
-Able to speak Muti language
- Age ranging from 35-45
-Prefered male staying in Eastern side of Singapore.
