Responsibilities
. Sector - Food & Beverage (Cafes, Central Kitchen, Distributors, Restaurants, etc)
. Achieving the sales objectives, target set by the company.
. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
. Drive sales growth with new key accounts customers by building strong customer relationships. . Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting.
. Understanding the company products, competition in the market and positioning to develop sales strategies. . Provide accurate and relevant sales report to management.
. Lead, motivate and supervise a sales team.
. Train and guide team members to develop their full potential.
