Take full responsible of daily store operations and overall outlet performance
Lead and manage teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, QSC standards, and operational audit requirements
Implement company marketing campaigns and drive sales growth initiatives
Oversee new store openings, including setup, stress testing, acceptance checks, and launch execution
Maintain high product quality standards and deliver excellent customer service
Manage store-level financial performance, including cost control, profitability, and labor efficiency
Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a large-scale tea beverage or F&B chain
Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple outlets independently
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
