Role Description The Food and Beverages Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing daily food service operations and ensuring high service standards. This role includes supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating staff schedules, and monitoring food quality, presentation, and hygiene practices. The supervisor will handle guest inquiries and feedback, support staff training and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory levels, assisting in ordering supplies, and working closely with management to optimize service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
