Job Description

  • Supervise F&B staff, train new hires, schedule shifts, and monitor performance
  • Ensure excellent guest service, monitor staff performance, handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback
  • Oversee daily food and beverage service, ensure high standards, and coordinate with the kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory, conduct checks, order supplies as needed, and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage products
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor food and drink quality and cleanliness of service areas
  • Assist in menu planning, manage costs, and help with marketing and promotions
