Job Description

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, caf, bar, banquet, or catering services).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and procurement departments.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per SFA (Singapore Food Agency) regulations.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Handle equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with NEA and workplace safety guidelines.

2. Financial & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage F&B budgets, including revenue forecasts and cost analysis.
  • Control food and beverage costs, monitor P&L (profit and loss) reports.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.

3. Customer Service & Quality

  • Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular service audits and customer feedback evaluations.
  • Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste through coordination with chefs and kitchen teams.

4. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B service and kitchen staff.
  • Create work schedules and manage staff performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and motivate teams to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Ensure staff adhere to grooming and service standards as per company SOPs.

5. Marketing & Sales Support

  • Plan promotions, events, and seasonal menus to attract customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage loyalty programs, corporate tie-ups, and group bookings.

6. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Maintain supplier and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems and ensure accurate billing.
