Job Description

. Overseeingdaily activities, ensuring food quality standards, and maintaining hygienestandards.

. Recruiting, training,scheduling, and mentoring employees.

. Resolving complaints and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

. Managing budgets, inventory, and maximizing profitability.

. Strong leadership, Korean language proficiency (often advantageous), and experience inupscale dining or F&B management.

. Many roles focus on Korean BBQ (K-BBQ) and traditional Korean cuisine.

. Manage and lead a team of passionate hospitality professionals, including servers, chefs, and support staff

. Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget control

. Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service

. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee engagement and development

. Liaise with the corporate team to align with brand standards and support the overall growth of the business

. Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

. Manage dining reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak and non-peak periods.

. Enforce adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).

. Plan and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs within budget limits.

. Work closely with service and kitchen teams to reduce waste and improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirement

. Minimum 3 yearsof working experience in F&B industry.

. Possess goodsupervisory skills such as accountability, organizing and planning skills.

. Able to controlcosts & use given resources efficiently and productively.

. Able to train,manage, motivate and inspire your team.

. Goodleadership, communication skills and influence.

. Able to workunder pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.

. Able to worksplit shift, weekends and public holidays.

. Customeroriented, service focus, responsible and positive working attitude.
