Food & Beverage Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the smooth running of outlet operations

- Maintain high quality standard in customer service and cleanliness

- Supervise and train crew on the technical competencies in each functional area of the outlet, kitchen and counter

- Ensure disciplinary standards are met

- Manage stock inventory

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE N /O /Diploma

- Resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity

- A team player with good leadership and customer service skills

- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Preferably Non-executive specializing in Food /Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent

- Preferably with 2 years experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation

Salary Range:

Basic pay of S$5,200 S$5,500 (Depending on relevant experience)

Additional Benefits (can be communicated during interview) :

- No MC and no lateness ( 3 times a month) of $100

- 1 x Staff meal

- Overtime rate of 1.5 time of employee hourly pay
