FOH / Service Crew / Service Captain

• 5 days work week

• $2500 -$3500 (depending on relevant working experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional and consistent service to restaurant guests.

• Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.

• Develop a good understanding of the menu, including seasonal dishes and special offerings.

• Explain menu items and respond accurately to guest enquiries.

• Take and coordinate customer orders with the kitchen team.

• Work closely with the Head Chef, kitchen and service teams to support smooth restaurant operations.

• Attend to guest requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Follow service procedures and operational guidelines set by the management team.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.

• Assist with restaurant opening, closing and general service duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in restaurant service, hospitality or customer service.

• Experience in a fine-dining, Michelin-starred or premium restaurant environment will be an advantage
