Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the service team at our prestigious Michelin-star chef restaurant.
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide exceptional dining service according to Michelin-star standards.
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset promptly.
- Handle guest enquiries and courteously resolve minor issues.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-starred restaurants is preferred.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
