FMCG : E-commerce Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager, Marketplace | Singapore
Salary: Around SGD 5,000 per month

Our client, leading MNC FMCG company, is looking for a hands-on e-commerce professional to drive its marketplace business in Singapore.

This individual contributor role will lead both strategy and execution across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace plans to grow online sales.

• Manage daily store operations, product listings, promotions, and campaigns.

• Track sales and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Coordinate with platform partners and internal teams to support business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Shopee and Lazada.

• Familiarity with the Singapore e-commerce market TikTok Shop experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in health supplements, wellness, beauty, or FMCG would be an advantage.
