Role Description

We are looking for a proactive FM Executive to support daily operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and assist with site coordination, inspections, and system updates.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Engineering (preferably M&E) or minimum 8 years of experience without diploma
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably SIFMA Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME)
• Act as frontline site representative, supervise daily operations, assist in inspections and scheduling, handle FM system updates and records, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery
