- Create fresh flower bouquets and floral arrangements to meet customer preferences and shop standards
- Serve walk-in retail customers by taking orders accurately and providing friendly assistance
- Maintain flower freshness by performing regular care and trimming to extend product quality
- Keep the shop clean and displays attractive to enhance customer experience and sales
- Assist with daily shop operations including stock handling and basic flower care tasks
- Work independently and responsibly to support smooth retail operations during assigned hours
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience as a florist or floral assistant
- Knowledge of basic floral arrangements
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly and responsible attitude
