Florist & Hamper Packer

In this role, you will support ceremonial and event operations while ensuring excellent service standards. Your responsibilities include managing floral arrangements, preparing hampers, and handling customer service tasks in alignment with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Flower Ordering & Preparation:

• Plan, design, and prepare floral arrangements and hampers for ceremonies and major events.

1. Customized Event Support:

• Create unique floral designs and hampers for special or large-scale events.

1. Customer Service:

• Provide support at offering counters during major events.
• Assist with sales and operational activities at the offering counter, ensuring smooth customer experience.

1. Workplace Management:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and proper presentation of materials.

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Physically fit for tasks involving lifting, standing, and climbing stairs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (5-day work week with 2 random days off).
• Willing to work overtime, on public holidays, and during important ceremonial events.
• Comfortable working in Chinatown and within a temple setting.
• Training will be provided.
