Floral Glasshouse and Retail Specialist

Front-End Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers, share information on ongoing in-house promotions, and encourage sign-ups for our membership program.

- Attend online/ walk in retail-related enquiries and direct other queries to the appropriate departments.

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retail area and glasshouse.

- Work with the Retail Manager on visual merchandising, including floral window displays and retail setups.

Back-End Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement and restocking of non-floral items, including branded merchandise, packaging, and vases.

- Assist with Floral Conditioning 2x a week

- Support the Marketing Team by providing floral styling for photoshoots and assisting with coordination for floral-related events.

- Perform administrative tasks, including tracking sales and purchases.
